Ingredients/ Bahan:
- 3 pcs Fried Beancurd (Tahu goreng)
- 100 gr Cabbage, shredded (Kol, iris tipis)
- 1 Cucumber, cut thinly (timun, iris tipis)
- 200 gr Boiled noodle (mie rebus)
- 100 gr Dried Cuttlefish, fried, soak with water, drained & shredded (Juhi kering, goreng kering lalu direndam air, suwir2)
- 100 gr Lettuce, shredded (selada, iris tipis)
- Garlic crackers (Krupuk bawang/krupuk sagu)
Sauce/ Saus:
- 125 gr Fried Peanut (Kacang tanah goreng)
- 3 Red Chillies (cabe merah)
- 3 Bird Eye chillies (cabe rawit)
- 1 clove Garlic (Bawang putih)
- 2 tbsp Fried Garlic (Bawang putih goreng)
- 1 tbsp Vinegar (cuka)
- 2 tbsp Sugar (gula)
- 1 tsp Salt (garam)
- 1 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce (Kecap manis)
- 125 ml Water (air)
Directions/Cara membuat:
Ulek semua bahan saus. Sisihkan.
Susun selada, kol, mie basah, timun, tahu goreng, dan suwiran juhi. Beri saus yang diencerkan dengan air matang dan krupuk di atasnya.
