Garlic Fried Rice
Bahan:
  • 5 Garlic Cloves, sliced thinly
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp light olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 bowls of cooked rice
  • 2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Chinese wine
Cara
  • In a pan, saute sliced garlic in sesame oil until golden brown,then remove from pan
  • In the same pan, add olive oil to the garlic infused sesame oil, then fry the egg
  • Once egg is cooked, add rice,oyster sauce, salt, black, pepper and chinese wine
  • Fry all ingredients together
  • Transfer cooked rice to a serving dish and mix in golden garlic before serving
