Ingredients/ Bahan:
- 1 pc Red SnapperĀ (Ikan kakap)
Spices/Bumbu:
- 3 cloves Garlic (Bawang putih)
- 2 tbsp Ginger (Jahe)
- 2 tbsp Lime juice (air jeruk nipis)
- 2 tbsp Palm Sugar (gula merah)
- 2 tbsp Coriander seed (Ketumbar)
- 1 tbsp Salt (Garam)
- 1 tbsp Tamarind (asam)
- 2 tbsp Oil
Cara membuat:
1. Haluskan bumbu menggunakan food processor.
2. Cuci dan iris-iris badan ikan (2-3 iris saja)
3. Olesi semua sisi ikan dengan bumbu biarkan 30 menit.
4. Bakar hingga matang.
